| Description | The machine is a Fully Fledged ELECTRIC 15m/1500mm model, consisting of fixed head, welding head, motorised moving head, 2x moving heads (non motorised), rebar storage area along with walking corridor, complete welding unit for automatic welding, pay-off, and a number of rings and bushes. The last two years the machine has undergone gradual upgrade/revision. A servo drive and two servo motors have been replaced, the welding system is almost new (new vertical positioning system, wire guiding rollers,springs, welding pistol, welding pistol travelling track, and a number of smaller parts), part of the wiring has been replaced. The KEMPI welding system is also new (2 years old). |
