An ingenious shearline, having a capacity of 1xΦ53mm, 5xΦ40mm, 6xΦ36mm, 7xΦ32mm,…, 30xΦ8mm.

It is ingenious as it can cut up to 12m using less of a space than a traditional shealine.

It comes with:

12m bar feeding section,

12m roller conveyor feeding the shear, accompanied on the side by 4xstacks (chained pockets) for the cut to size bars

Shear with a 300mm blade

6m roller conveyor and stopper, accompanied on the side by 4xstacks (chained pockets) for the cut to size bars

Conctrol console and operator’s podium.
